The replies definitely took their sweet time, because apparently urgency was on vacation. But to be fair, they did eventually help me out and got the warranty issue sorted, so I can’t complain too much.

The shipping was really slow. I knew it might take a little while, and I wasn’t expecting it to show up instantly or anything, but it ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. I kept checking the tracking because I wasn’t sure if it was delayed, stuck somewhere, or just not updating properly. The product eventually arrived, but the wait was definitely frustrating, especially when you’re expecting something within a reasonable timeframe

I wanted to be happy with my Randolph order, but the materials just don’t feel as premium as I expected. The frame feels lighter and kind of flimsy for what I paid, and the finish is already starting to look worn even though I’ve only used it normally.
I reached out hoping for some reassurance or help, but I felt a bit dismissed, like my concerns weren’t really taken seriously. Maybe I just got a bad one, but at this price point I expected a lot better. Disappointing overall

My shades came back working perfectly. Sure I messed them up by tugging on them too hard, so that’s on me, but the repair was quick and everything looks great now. Thanks!

The craft feels mostly solid, and I do like parts of it, but I’m a bit annoyed because it didn’t fully match what was promised. It’s good, just not as polished or perfect as they made it sound.

I’m not a big fan of the website. It feels dated, and the layout is way too busy for what should be simple browsing. I kept having to click around just to find basic info, and a few things only seemed to work when they wanted to. Some of the product pages look decent in spots, but overall the site feels clunky and frustrating to use.

The lenses are clear and they do what they’re supposed to, but I guess I was expecting them to feel a bit nicer for the price. They’re not bad at all—actually, in normal light they’re decent, but in bright sun I still notice some glare coming through. So yeah, they work, I’ll use them, but they didn’t really wow me.

I’m annoyed. The box showed up crushed, and the glasses case was just sliding around loose inside like nobody bothered to pack it properly. For what I paid, that’s ridiculous. Whoever handled the packaging really dropped the ball, and I’m not happy about it at all.

The glasses look really good, and I was excited to wear them out, but the nose pads started bugging me after a few hours. I had planned to keep them on all day while running errands and meeting a friend, but I ended up taking them off because they got uncomfortable. They’re not awful or anything, I just expected the pads to feel softer and not mess with my plans like that...

I used the sizing/fit guide thinking it would make things easier, but the glasses still ended up feeling way too tight. Not the end of the world, I guess, but also weirdly frustrating since that’s the whole point of the guide. The return process was fine and straightforward, so I’ll give them that, but it was still a hassle I didn’t really want to deal with.

I was expecting the polarization to help a lot more, but the glare is still there. Kind of a letdown.

It took a bit longer than I expected to hear back from customer service, but once they did respond, they were friendly and helpful. They answered my question without any hassle. Overall, not a bad experience — just would’ve been better if the reply came a little sooner.

The glasses themselves were really nice, but the exchange process felt a bit slower than I expected. I’ve had returns with other companies go a lot quicker in the past, so I was hoping for more frequent updates. Support did get back to me eventually, but I just wish the whole process had been a little easier and faster

The hinges feel decent at first, but in my opinion they loosened up quicker than they should have. I’m probably a little picky about that kind of thing, but I expected them to stay tighter for longer.

I’ve had my Randolph sunglasses for about a year now, and ngl, the frames still feel super solid. I’m not exactly babying them either, they get tossed in my car, bag, random cup holders, etc.

So far there’s been no bending, no loose arms, and none of that weird creaky feeling you get with cheaper sunglasses. The metal does feel a bit heavier than budget pairs, but imo it actually makes them feel more legit, not uncomfortable.

They definitely cost more than I’d usually spend on sunglasses, but for the frame durability alone, I’d buy them again. Impressed so far lol.

I really wanted to like these because they do look nice on, but the fit just didn’t work for me. I think I wore them for the first time last Tuesday, or maybe it was Wednesday, and after about an hour I had to take them off because they felt tight on the sides of my head.
The nose pads also left little marks and got annoying quickly. The quality seems fine overall, so I don’t think they’re bad, they’re just not comfortable enough for me to wear every day.

I ended up receiving a different pair than the one I ordered, which was disappointing. Mistakes happen, of course, but I do think it’s only fair for customers to get exactly what they paid for...

I picked up a pair of Randolph sunglasses because they reminded me of the kind my uncle used to wear, and I’ve always liked that classic, sturdy look. In person, they really do look sharp, and the lenses are super clear. You can tell they’re well made.
The only thing that’s been a little disappointing is the weight. After a couple hours, I start to feel them sitting on my nose and behind my ears more than I’d like. It’s not unbearable, but they’re not the kind of sunglasses I forget I’m wearing.
